Objective: Provide understanding in the change of sequencing of work; understand the intent of changes and the effect on Client work; and quantify impact in terms of days to allow Client to develop the resulting cost impact.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
• Evaluation of General Contractor's master schedules for feasibility, risk, and quality
• Client CPM construction schedule development and Critical Path Management using Primavera P6
• Risk and Issue Analysis and Reports
• Job site visits with photo and drawing updates for weekly progress tracking
• Earned Value Analysis based on Physical % Complete
• Unique impact reports for work management, claims, and change orders
Result: We successfully took multiple iterations of a complex schedule and presented our findings to allow informed decision making. This analysis was used to inform management on proactive risk management.
