Objective: Provide understanding in the change of sequencing of work; understand the intent of changes and the effect on Client work; and quantify impact in terms of days to allow Client to develop the resulting cost impact.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
• Evaluation of General Contractor's master schedules for feasibility, risk, and quality
• Client CPM construction schedule development and Critical Path Management using Primavera P6
• Risk and Issue Analysis and Reports
• Job site visits with photo and drawing updates for weekly progress tracking
• Earned Value Analysis based on Physical % Complete
• Unique impact reports for work management, claims, and change orders
Result: We successfully took multiple iterations of a complex schedule and presented our findings to allow informed decision making. This analysis was used to inform management on proactive risk management. The project was completed on time and under budget, and was considered a success.
