Objective: Analyze and forecast intelligent insights to allow project manager to make informed decisions on required manpower and allow accurately priced out change order requests to the General Contractor.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
• Evaluation of published master schedule issued by the General Contractor to determine modification to scope, sequence, and dates
• Client CPM construction schedule development and Critical Path Management using Primavera P6
• Independent assessment of weekly progress using job site visits and photo and drawing updates
• Weekly meetings with foremen and superintendents to validate project progress, discuss issues faced on site, and determine root cause analysis and impact analysis of the delays
• Earned Value Analysis based on Physical % Complete
• Customized reports based on Client's unique communication requirements and analytical opportunities, including ongoing analysis and forecasts of crew productivity, impacts, and risks
Result: Successfully mitigated schedule impacts and allowed for collaboration with the GC and other specialty contractors to establish better sequencing to maximize efficiency. Insights and forecasts based on analysis were instrumental for proactive risk management. The project was completed on time and on budget and was considered a success.
