Drive on-time delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives within Digital Turbine's SingleTap and Data programs — providing the schedule structure, cross-team coordination, and executive visibility needed to keep globally distributed teams aligned and moving toward milestones.
Situation
The SingleTap and Data programs spanned multiple concurrent projects and engineering teams across the U.S. and internationally. Delivering on schedule required tight coordination across Scrum teams, clear project controls to track progress against plan, and consistent reporting to keep leadership informed and roadblocks moving.
Responsibilities & Key Actions

Schedule Development & Risk Analysis: Built and managed master schedules across multiple projects to assess timeline feasibility and surface delivery risks early.
Project Controls: Created detailed plans to track progress against baseline, monitoring milestones and flagging variances before they affected delivery.
Agile Collaboration: Partnered with Scrum teams to align sprint-level work with program timelines and milestone commitments.
Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitated communication across U.S. and international teams, scheduling and leading cross-functional meetings to keep distributed groups aligned.
Issue & Roadblock Removal: Identified blockers and drove resolution to keep work deploying on time and progress moving toward milestones.
Executive Reporting: Produced weekly progress reports and created and led weekly status presentations to managers and the CIO.
Process Development: Built repeatable processes and documentation to support consistent delivery across the programs.
